New Roku express constantly updating software and the restarting

I have just bought a Roku express and it is constantly updating.  I have reset it changed from WiFi to hotspot, turned it on and off again I’m am out of ideas any help would be appreciated

    If you're using the TV's USB port to power it try a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp plugged into the wall.
