New Roku Brand TV has vertical and horizontal lines

Out of the box my new TV has a red vertical dotted line on the left side and Black horizontal line across the entire center of the screen.  I am looking for option to replace the TV.  The TV was bought over 60 days ago and just opened due to moving in to a new place.   Appreciated assistance to have this replaced and how.

model 55R4AX.

  • I was able to resolve the problem by unplugging my tv and leaving it off for 4 days, i tried the resets and dont have the option to do the bandwith alternatives, in my opinion the tv is being overheated, and unplugging it for considerable amount of time has solved the lines flashing on the screen for me.

I tried everything you suggested and nothing worked. I am now assuming it is a panel and the cost would exceed its value.  I have only had the TV 2-3 years. It is in my bedroom so usage is less than 3 hours a day. I’m very disappointed that it has failed this soon. I have been using Roku for almost 10 years and loved it. But I’ve never had a TV fail this quickly. Questioning if I should change to another brand.

Huh, my Roku TV was a Christmas gift 2 years ago. Two days ago all this mess hit the fan - 2 days past the 2 year warranty expiration. Huh?

      Hello Janadee

i have tried all of these steps already and this did not resolve the issues with either of the lines.   Looking for the next steps on replacement.  I have all packaging still as well.

      Thank you.
