My router is broadcasting in 2.4 and 5 GHz. Last night. My Roku premiere worked fine last night, this morning it would not connect. So this morning I restarted the router multiple times. I restarted the Roku Premier multiple times. I restarted them both in concert multiple times.
I have been utilizing a Roku device for the better part of 10 years and this has never happened before. It's pretty disappointing and pretty upsetting and reading through the comments here on the community. It's clear that no one from coup Roku has any idea what they're talking about.
What kind of cop out is it exactly that an organization depends on their customers or the community to provide support. This is disgusting
If someone can't figure this out, I'm going to Amazon Fire stick.
This kind of customer support is utterly insulting.
Which model of the Premiere do you currently have? (4620 or 3920). Model number can be found under Settings/System/About.
Are you seeing any error messages and is your network showing but the device just not connecting?
