We understand you're having a connectivity problem with your Roku device, and we're here to help. Sharing some info will help us look into your concern.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, OS version, and build. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times on your Roku remote)
- Internet service provider
- Router/Modem Model

I have done EVERYTHING you said to do, MULTIPLE TIMES!!!
What is your next suggestion? Mi e is to use a hammer!
