My TV has a solid Black Screen....HELP!!!
My Tcl Roku tv has a solid Black screen with no sound or picture. I just got this tv less than 2 years ago and now the screen picture isn't working. What is going on??

In cases like this, it may be possible that this is a hardware failure. I highly recommend directly reporting this case to your TV manufacturer which is TCL. They are responsible for their hardware operating system and can further assist you.
