my Roku 4+ express won't power on
My Roku 4+Express slipped off my TV stand. The connection cord did not pull out, so I simply retrieved it, Suddenly my remote won't power it on. I changed the batteries; I rebooted my Spectrum TV system; I re-checked all the connections to make sure they were firmly secured.
On my remote, when I have the battery cover off, I can see a blue light flash when I press the power button—but I don't see any light from the front of the remote. The Roku device blue/white light is shining, but I can't move past the TV screen that says "check device power."
I operate the Roku by selecting it from my Spectrum remote and then pressing the "Home" button on the Roku remote.
I have no idea what to do next. A few years ago, I remember being able to contact a Roku support person—but now evidently that isn't possible if you have a 4+ Express.
Can anyone help me this frustrated grandmother?
