Menu Options on Home Screen disappeared

    We will be delighted to assist you further with this concern you have had with the menu options on your home screen since they disappeared.

    Use the instructions below to hide or show tile shortcuts in your channel grid.

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select Home screen.
    4. Select Shortcuts.
    5. Scroll to the desired shortcuts.
    6. Press OK on your Roku remote to hide (Unchecked) or show (Checked) the shortcut.

    Please try doing this, and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
