On startup my tv automatically tries to open Disney + and i cant leave no matter what i do j just get sent back to the Disney + screen this happened before and i had deleted the app and it work and now its back i have restarted the tv how do i fix this

Before we proceed, could you please confirm if there is a Disney+ shortcut button on your physical remote? It may be possible that this button is stuck.
You may try to press that button again to see if you can do so or to confirm if it's stuck.
