Freezing issues with apps on Roku TV

I'm wondering has anybody else had a problem with the 8K televisions for some reason? The Roku channel doesn't work. If you go to the streaming store, it freezes up and then when you go to your paid channels that you are subscribed too, they won't load. I have two TLC TVS a 55 inch TV. It does not have any problem, but for some reason this.$1000 TV is a let down! I no longer have access to certain channels. Roku Channel doesn't work. My Filipino network channel won't work. And the streaming app/ store won't load, so when you go to it, it freezes. And I reached out to Roku numerous times in regard to this and I get an email saying we are working on it. Please be patient. And you will get an email and or an update to your TV and everything will be back working again. Well it's been a few months now and I have not gotten my TV back to par 1. Even after multiple factory resets. Even after multiple checks of updates. The TV is almost useless. And it's the most expensive TVI have purchased in my whole entire lifetime. And it becomes the most Disliked television. So I'm asking, does anybody else have this issue and if so, what was the fix?
