Is there a Roku Remote that will replace the 3 I presently use?
I presently use three remotes for my smart TV, Verizon cable, and Roku. Is there a Roku remote that can replace all three remotes?

Sorry, no. Some Roku remotes can control the power and volume of the TV, but that's it. You may be able to find a universal remote that can control all of your devices assuming you're not using a Roku stick (that plugs into your TV without the need for an HDMI cable) and can only be controlled with a Roku voice remote.
