Is Roku not supported anymore with Xfinity Dec 2024

I am not able to access anymore is it true that Xfinity no longer supports Roku?

    Could you let us know what error message you see when trying to stream? This will help us determine the exact behavior of the issue and give us more insight so we can accurately assist you.

      Thank you for the response.  

      No error message/code...it says the NOW TV package is not available on this device. It worked fine the night before...yesterday turned on the TV and I was unable to access the App. 

      It said I had to go to Xfinity .com/authorize to activate...did it and still no access.  Reached out to Xfinity and 4 hours later I needed a streaming box...I'll leave it right there...as you can imagine the rest of the conversation.

        It appears that this might be an access issue with the app. We recommend directing your concerns to the Xfinity support team for a detailed review. We suggest reaching out to them again so they can take a closer look, as most apps on Roku are managed, maintained, and regulated by the channel provider itself.
