No error message/code...it says the NOW TV package is not available on this device. It worked fine the night before...yesterday turned on the TV and I was unable to access the App.
It said I had to go to Xfinity .com/authorize to activate...did it and still no access. Reached out to Xfinity and 4 hours later I needed a streaming box...I'll leave it right there...as you can imagine the rest of the conversation.

It appears that this might be an access issue with the app. We recommend directing your concerns to the Xfinity support team for a detailed review. We suggest reaching out to them again so they can take a closer look, as most apps on Roku are managed, maintained, and regulated by the channel provider itself.
