I factory reset my roku and it won't update

I factory reset my roku device, I logged into my wifi but after that it started checking for updates and instantly failed I've tried waiting and I've hit try again so many times but nothing, I'm curr...

Thanks for reaching us here. Try to restart your router and reboot your device. Then, try again to see if you are still seeing the same issue. 

If the issue persists, try connecting your device to an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot, to see if there are any differences.

      We understand that even when using your Mobile Hotspot, your Roku won't still update. We'd love to assist. 

      Could you tell us more about it?

      • What error message/code you have encountered when trying to update?
      • What Roku device is affected?
