I am getting error code 005 and 007

Thanks for reaching us here. Try to restart your router and reboot your device. Then, try again to see if you are still seeing the same issue.
If the issue persists, try connecting your device to an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot, to see if there are any differences.

- What error message/code you have encountered when trying to update?
- What Roku device is affected?
