How to find link code on Roku TV I've already been using

One of my Roku TVs has been working, but was never linked to my account. How do i link this tv to my account? I cant find a way to show a activation code. TV has been in use for 6 months. Connects to...

    You have to do a factory reset to get a link code. If you have access to the menu:

    settings> system> advanced system settings> factory reset

I already did factory reset but it still won’t give me my link code. I’ve been trying for 2 days. I really want to activate my tv but it won't give me the link code. please help

    be_li-da, when you performed the factory reset your TV should have started over with asking you for your language preference.  Did that happen?

      yes it did! the tv wont allow me to sign in either i don’t  know if that can be a reason or an effect of not linking it
