How to connect a TCL soundbar through the Roku TCL TV
So! Danny-R you are saying it is not possible to pair a TCL alto 7, 2.0CH soundbar speaker to a TCL Roku tv, correct?!

I got my TCL Alto Roku sound bar to pair a few days ago to my Roku TCL tv. It pairs based on WiFi connection, but it only pairs on a 2.4 GHz frequency. Once I changed my wifi router to this frequency, the sound bar paired like a charm. I hope this helps.
The TCL alto 7 soundbar is Roku ready, it will pair with Roku tv, but you still have to have wired connection, either hdmi or optical between the Soundbar and the Roku tv. Later models of TCL soundbar are wireless. Roku now sells a wireless model too.
