Hisense Roku tv will connect WiFi not internet
I am having an issue where my Roku tv will not connect to internet through my router even though it will connect to the router. Everything else in the house connects fine through the same router. The TV will connect via mobile hotspot through my phone that is connected to the same router. I have unplugged the TV and the router. Factory reset the TV. Tried it on both 2.4 and 5g still nothing. Any ideas or is it a return of this TV.

Are you using any kind of VPN or content/ad blocker? Not that the codes are all that helpful, but do you get any error message or code when it tries to connect?
Most phones will disconnect from the network when put into hotspot mode or otherwise bypass it and just use the cellular network for an Internet connection. That's why it's a good test to see if there's something about the user's network that's keeping a Roku device from connecting.
Well I figured it out my wife had turned the TV off in the parental controls on the router. I feel.kinda stupid lol.
