Hi-Sense 40Series-4, Network About reads, "Connected, Wireless, Excellent," but "Check connection" fails. So, no TV. It's an old problem for which I don't remember the fix.

You've already taken key steps to troubleshoot the volume issue on your Hisense Roku TV. Since the problem persists even after resetting and adjusting the audio settings, we recommend contacting the Hisense TV manufacturer directly to check for any hardware-related concerns that could improve sound clarity.
Additionally, we suggest that you try to software update your Roku TV by going to Settings > Select System > Software update > Check now.
