To begin with, please share the specific Roku device you are using. Additionally, could you please clarify whether you are using your Roku remote or your Sony TV remote to connect the headphones? If you are using the Roku remote, we would appreciate it if you could try plugging in a different headset to see if that makes a difference.

- Maxpow8 months agoReel RookieHi,Its a Roku Ultra Model #4802CA.To clarify, Since I bought it 2 years ago, I mostly never use the included remote, I think I charge it twice only to stop the on screen battery warnings, I always use the OEM Sony TV remote to operate the TV and the Ultra via CEC and IR, but recently, my need have changed and can really use the headphone feature on the Ultra remote but like I described, it doesnt work on one channel with the provided headphone that I just unpack ( was still wrap in the box), and with my sennheiser headphone too.
