Harmony Ultimate Remote for Roku-----only volume control and power on/ off works

My Harmony Ultimate remote has worked well for past year.  I would hit the 'Home' command on the Harmony remote touchscreen and then would get to the Roku menu.  I could use the Harmony remote to move around the home screen and select an app (like YoiTube TV).  Now I am unable to use the Harmony remote to do those tasks----i have to use the Roku remote,  

Spent hours trying to fix with all the community comments here to no avail.  

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE A WAY TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS ISSUE SO THAT MY HARMONY ULTIMATE REMOTE CAN CONTROL MY ROKU OUTSIDE OF THE VOLUME CONTROL.

    Well, I got my HARMONY remote to work with my ROKU!   No one on previous threads suggested this which works:

    Remove the ROKU device AND the Watch Roku Activity from the Harmony remote using the Harmony app.

    Re-install both and follow Harmony app instructions.

    Did you see the comment about setting "Network access" to Enabled or Permissive?  I thought it was only for Harmony hub users.

      I tried that but it did absolutely nothing for the Harmony remote.

      What else can I do?
