So you are telling me that I got ripped off! It cost me $500 CAD for about 1 year of use.... Hisense Roku TV is just GARBAGE I bought a used Toshiba TV a Fire TV in a Pawn Shop 4 years ago. I paided, I think at the time it was $200, it is still functional it is very good it has never let me down it is a smart TV with everything and all the services of Fire TV. They have new models since, I should have bought one but I choose a Hisense Roku TV 4k series R6 and this time I paid $500 it lasted me just 13 months and suddenly it stopped working it is downright organized with the producer of the Hisense-Roku comedy.
Obviously, it's already programmed in advance that the device will stop. It's really a scam, and I have a strong feeling that I'm not the only one out there with this problem. You manufacture equipment that will become obsolete in a programmed way it is almost criminal. I'm sure it is, unfortunately.
