Freezing issues using peacock on new roku stick

Purchased roku stick and peacock is only app I have issues with freezing. My android TV has no issues with peacock but issues with another app I use, that's why I Purchased a roku stick. This is frustrating as I have uninstalled app already then reinstalled with no fix. Please help!

    Let's see if this will work for you. Kindly follow the details below.

    • Check if the issue happened to other Roku devices (If available)
    • When does this issue happen?
    • Did you receive a software update before you experienced the issue?

    In the meantime, try to System restart the Roku device:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart
