While watching Hulu, fandango at home pops up and keeps ask if we want to launch or cancel. How do I make it stop? I e unplugged our box and I’ve launched it. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone help?
Do you happen to have either a Fandango or Vudu shortcut button on your remote?
It may be stuck or dirty, or the remote is misbehaving. (can always open remote and clean it).
Regardless of if you have the shortcut buttons above, try removing batteries from remote (leave them out), and instead try using the Roku mobile app on a phone/tablet as a remote for your Roku and see if issue resolves.
