Hello, I factory reset my Roku TV and it’s just stuck on the “Let’s get Started Page”. My remote only lets me turn on/off the TV, the batteries are new and there’s nothing in the way of the tv. I unplugged my TV for 10 seconds (twice). I paired the remote 5 times and nothing, just the same. The remote has a microphone and was bought separately from the TV, lost the original remote. What now?
I also just tried re-setting it with the reset button on the back of my TV, also didn’t work…

Could you please try to reset your remote? To reset a Roku remote, you'll need to either press and hold the pairing button (if your remote has one) or press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds.
