I was finally able to delete the app and reinstall. Still same issue after loging in.

It looks like you're still having trouble locating your device on the Roku mobile app. Could you try accessing it through a different browser to see if the issue continues?

I logged into Roku from the web and my account shows all 4 devices.
in the app it only shows 3 for the account but 4 show up on the local network.- RokuEmmanuel-D13 days agoCommunity Moderator
