Looks like you're experiencing account syncing issues with your Roku and Roku Mobile App.
To help us look into this more, have you tried checking the account that was linked to your Roku Streaming Stick, the same with the Roku account you're currently using? You can check that on Settings > System > About.
In the meantime, try to uninstall and reinstall the app, then sign in again with the correct account.

I did check and the email and account are correct. If i log into Roku from the web it shows the device
i removed the app amd when i tried to reinstall it says to open the app amd does not give option to get the app. I click open and it brings ip the app but the app is not on my phone.

Can we try restarting your phone and see if that helps? Then, reopen the app and sign in again using the same email you confirmed on the Roku website.

I have restarted my phone a few times. No change.
the Roku app shows in my aps in settings but the button does not show up on my phone. I can not find it to delete it or reinstall it
