It looks like you're experiencing error 009, which is preventing your Roku TV from connecting to the internet. Thanks for trying workarounds. Error 009 typically indicates a Roku internet connection issue, even if the TV is connected to the router. Please share more info.
- How many devices are connected to the internet?
- How close is the Roku TV to the router?
- Have you attempted to connect the Roku TV to the mobile hotspot?
In the meantime, restart the Roku TV by going to Settings > System > Power > System > Restart, and restart the router by unplugging it, waiting a few seconds, and plugging it back in.
