Error -03 on Roku TV

I'm getting a "Error -03" on my TCL Roku TV, model 55S535, hardware ID A119X. Has anyone experienced that and been able to correct without going through a factory reset?

Basically I was having trouble with one of my apps so I did a system restart. In doing so, the Roku TV disconnected from my network. When I attempt to reconnect to my wifi network, it appears to connect to my network (shows a green check mark and says "Connected"), but then immediately goes into Software Update / Downloading Updates. After that it quickly reads "Something went wrong. There was a problem with the setup. This might be due to an issue with your network. Please connect to a different network or try again. Error -03". The devices remains not connected to wifi afterwards.

None of my other devices are experiencing connectivity issues. I've already power cycled my router, unplugged the Roku TV from power source and plugged back in, and I've tried connecting the Roku TV to both my 5G and my non-5G networks....prodocuing the same result. Factory reset is my last resort, but I'm dreading that option which means redownloading all the apps, resetting all the passwords I dont remember, etc. Any tips are much appreciated!

    We can see that you’re experiencing error -03 on your Roku TV. Thanks for sharing the steps you’ve already tried to resolve the issue. Try connecting to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to check if there's any difference.

    If the issue persists, please provide the following details for us to investigate further. 

    • Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found in Settings > System > About).
    • Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs).
    • Router make/model
