We picked up a 43” Element Roku TV for our kids room. I noticed the remote didn’t have the voice feature so I bought the remote with the voice feature. But when using an app like YouTube it doesn’t seem like we can use the voice feature to search. Does that feature not work with the Element Roku TV?

We'd love to look further into this. Does the issue only occur when using an inside YouTube channel? Have you tried to access other channels if the voice feature is working? In addition, are you able to use the voice command feature when you are on the home screen?
