Does Roku TV include a browser?

I have a Roku 4k stick & a Roku Ultra & a 4K Roku TV! I love the simplicity of the Roku player. The home screen is not cluttered with "Recommendations", "Ads" etc.

The Roku players used to have text-based browsers. I think now that the players & the TVs no longer include browsers. Is that correct?

I know that the TVs & players support AirPlay.

Why doesn't Roku include a browser?

    There is no browser for Roku's. I think Roku's developer rules forbid them as it could allow unsafe or inappropriate content.
