Do all Roku’s drain remote batteries so fast?

My #Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series) remote went through new batteries about every 3 months (average use; never used the headphones feature). I read here that it was a#Roku Streaming Stick ...

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

It looks like your remotes aren't affected by the rapid battery drain issue on some of the Roku models. Please be advised that for normal use, the remote battery may indeed last for two months or longer. Most reports we are receiving that are related to battery drain only last for days or weeks.

How do I get help with this issue?  I have nine Roku working, several sticks with fast battery drain, and one is burning batteries in a day.  I’ve tried to post replies to other posts, but don’t get any response from a Roku agent. If you are listening, Roku agent, please get me a little help!

    I have a 3810x with serial #YH007T784520

    Remote burning through batteries in a day. I have nine Roku players but this one is a problem.  A little help please.
