Hi Rdm81563
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
It looks like your remotes aren't affected by the rapid battery drain issue on some of the Roku models. Please be advised that for normal use, the remote battery may indeed last for two months or longer. Most reports we are receiving that are related to battery drain only last for days or weeks.
Thank you for your understanding.
All the best,
Kariza

I appreciate your quick reply. My understanding from your reply is that it is normal for me to have to replace the batteries every 2-3 weeks in my Stick+ and every 8-9 weeks in my Ultra. Is that correct?
If so, who may I contact to request a refund for my Ultra (purchased 2 months ago)? I am extremely dissatisfied with these products after owning no other streaming device but Roku’s for 10+ years.

Apologies for the confusion.
Based on my understanding and on your post above, you're changing your batteries every 2 to 3 months. If you are replacing them in 2 to 3 weeks, we'd love to help you out.

I bought 2 streaming stick +, one remained boxed until June this year and the other has been in constant use for about a year. The newly installed device remote batteries last maybe 2 weeks(YHOOGO411024) with only occasional use while the other has been going strong with daily use and Iv'e changed batteries only once in 12 months.

My batteries are draining ever 2-3 days if I’m lucky. Do I need to use different batteries?? What am I doing wrong? My remote is not pressed against anything so no buttons are signaling anything. Not sure why it would be drawing batteries so fast. I’m spending entirely too much money here!

I'm definitely experiencing the rapid battery drain issue - lucky if I can get 3 days out of new batteries. Model 3921RW. What do I do? I don't want to spend money on a new remote.

It’s the same exact thing with my Roku remotes. I always buy Duracell batteries with everything I use and these remotes are draining them within a week or two.

I got lucky,i emailed the customer service even though it states they only handle billing not tech issues and they are sending me a new remote

How do I get help with this issue? I have nine Roku working, several sticks with fast battery drain, and one is burning batteries in a day. I’ve tried to post replies to other posts, but don’t get any response from a Roku agent. If you are listening, Roku agent, please get me a little help!
Thanks
