Device issue arrow buttons will not work and Roku remote app as well
I have same issues!! So does my sister! Power and volume work but not the arrow buttons to select! Its always done this from day one! Intermittently works but now not working at all besides power and volume!!

Have you tried changing the batteries and have you tried re-pairing the remote? We suggest you follow the steps below to check if that resolves the issue:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Scroll up or down and select Settings
- Select System
- Select System Restart to restart the device
