Connecting to starlink satellite… even though it says I am on my phone

I’m connected to satellite but Roku says I’m not. What do I do…………………

    My Roku recognizes my Starlink set up, but will not let me watch anything “no satellite connection found”!!! Greg

      Greg16380 we need more detail. What is the model number of your Roku? Also, I've heard that there's one model of Starlink modem that only supports a single device, so a separate router is necessary to connect multiple devices. I don't believe all of their modems are like that, but if yours does that it would completely explain the error you are receiving.

    This is not working. It worked on one tv but other will not reconnect at all on other even though it says WiFi strong. Rebooted router and Roku several times

      Pwow see my comment about at least one Starlink modem only supporting a single connection. In cases like this, I suggest adding your own router to the Starlink's Ethernet port (connected to the WAN port on the new router) and let this router handle all of the other connections. I had to do this for a client that had a Comcast modem that would also only allow a single connection. Added the router and then we could connect everything.
