    Thanks for posting!

    I understand you're having trouble with the OS update because of connectivity problems, and the Roku mobile app isn't working. 

    Please note that the Roku device and the mobile app should be on the same internet connection. If disconnected, replace batteries or consider buying a new remote if faulty, as connecting requires a remote.
