Can't pair Roku remote to Sony TV
The TV will switch on & off and all other buttons working but volume wouldnt pair. Please suggest a solution. I have tried CEC & IR setup but it says remote cant control the volume.

Thank you for reporting the issues you've encountered with your remote being unable to control your Sony TV's power and volume buttons. I'd be happy to suggest some steps to help you utilize this again.
Try to reset your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds and then pair it again. After doing so, set up your remote for the CEC options through Settings, Remotes & devices, Remotes, and Set up remote for TV control.

Having the same issue with Sony TV. Goes to the pairing and listen for sound on the Sony - yes. Then it tries TV Code 1 and still sound. You press Yes and it gives you Unable to set up remote screen. If you press No, it says Success but it does not work.
