Can't enter the Roku Platform Secret Screen

I need to disable IPv6 to resolve an AirPlay issue with my Roku. I've read that disabling IPv6 resolves this issue. To disable IPv6, you need to enter Roku's Platform Secret Screen. Everything I've read says the key combination is Home 5 times, Fast Forward, Play, Rewind, Play, Fast Forward. However, this doesn't take me to the Platform Secret Screen.

    Try this instead:   Home 5x, FF, Down, RW, Down, FF

    (You cant use Play/Pause anymore due to the ad bug (window) in the lower left corner - Play/Pause will play/activate whatever content is in that ad bug; note that even if the ad bug isnt present/showing PP still wont work/is linked to that window/content).
