Cannot get activation code

Same thing for me TCL Roku TV is broken until Roku fixes their problems I think it's a connection problem with their app application

    I have the same problem brand new tv and I can’t watch anything until it’s activated! 😡

    This is the **bleep** response that they gve for everything I'm in the same boat as you I cannot get my TV to work after the factory reset It won't recognize my email and it won't activate with the QR code I have reset the internet I have used my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot
