Cannot find network after power cut

Hi. Roku 3920x streamer.  It was working fine until we had a power cut lasting only seconds.  Now, it will not connect.  It does not even see our wireless network despite being only six feet away fro...

    Thank you all.  It is nice to have an explanation as to why the device cannot see the router.  Unfortunately I am now concerned that this problem may recur the next time we have a power cut.  So, we will learn to live without the Roku.

    It may very well indeed be the router changed channels.

    If you folks can access and adjust your WiFi routers, then try forcing it to use 2.4 GHz channels 1, 6, or 11, instead of auto.

    Worth a shot...

    Worked for me after a recent T-Storm outage on my (2) 3910's and (1) 3710. My Laptop saw the router fine through it all. **bleep** channel was 10, after power cycling the Router again, it switched to Channel 1 and everything worked well again.

    If you have a connection, the Roku will tell you what channel it is using by going to Settings/Network/About. the channel it's on will show up in the info list toward the bottom.
