I have the same issue with my Gen 9 Fire HD10. The amazon store version of Roku won't install at all so I added the regular Play Store app and this version will do "guest" stuff but is unable to log in to my Roku account.

In the meantime, please provide us with the required details so we can send them to our engineering team for additional information for the investigation.
- Tablet software version
 - Roku Mobile App software version (this can be found by navigating to Account>>Help & About)
