Box dimensions for 55R4A5R

I'm likely going to guy a 55R4A5R model TV. Can anyone please tell me the outside dimensions of the box? (not just the TV) Just trying to figure out if it'll fit in my Jeep.

    Height 33.9 inches
    Width 6.8 inches
    Depth 54 inches
    CubicDimension 12448 inches
