Block/remove content on Live TV

My daughter keeps watching live tv on Roku tv I’ve used all the parental controls block every rating it still pops up with all these YouTube streamers/ lives  removed it from the Home Screen but she knows how to bring it back 🙄 there has to be a way blocking the ratings doesn’t work neither does removing it off the Home Screen. Or another brand of smart TVs that can

    Indiwendi​ , did you add a PIN to your Roku account at https://my.roku.com so that apps can't be added without entering it?
