    We get that you're having trouble with the Gemina Stream device, which has missing content.

    Just want to clarify that you're referring to the DirecTV Gemini streaming box, correct? If so, we suggest that you contact DirecTV support for further assistance, as they are the ones who manage content inside their streaming box.
