Blank home screen where all my apps used to be on my Hisense TV

I have been watching my hisense roku tv all along and all of a sudden in the last few hours I do not have any of my apps  showing up on the home screen.  All of the "categories " on left side of screen are blank.  I have tried resetting it,  restarting it, unplugging it... everything but nothing seems to help.  Tv is new - bought in April.

  • Alwheelz,

    Thanks for the prompt response!

In this case, we'll perform a system restart once more. Please navigate to Settings > System > Power > System restart. If this doesn't help, we'll need to perform a factory reset to see if that addresses the issue.

Please refer to the steps below.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote

    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Advanced system settings
    5. Select Factory reset
    6. If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything. Otherwise, move to the next step.
    7. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once done, you'll need to start from scratch and activate the device again.

    Thanks,
    Rey

    Greetings Alwheelz,

Thanks for reaching us here in the Roku Community!

We get that you're having trouble with your Hisense Roku. Can you tell us more about what's happening? Could you snap a picture of the issue? And do you still see the settings option on the left side of the screen?

    We'll be anticipating your update.

    Thanks,
    Rey

I can see the menu on the left of the screen.  I am not sure how to add the picture here. The right side of screen is) like the app box shadows only.
