Backdrops Running with Roku TV off?

Is there any way to keep Backdrops running on a Roku Ultra even with the TV off? What I'd like to do is program my Alexa with a routine that would turn on my lights and turn the TV on with Backdrops ...

    Just a heads up: Backdrops won't run when the TV is off. The Roku Ultra is a streaming device, not a display unit itself; it depends on the TV being on to show anything, including Backdrops. There's no "always-on" mode for Backdrops that works without the TV being on.

    That explains it! Thank you. Do you know if there is an Alexa command to launch Backdrops once the TV is turned on?
