[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

My back button on my Roku is not working. It is not working on the remote that came with the Roku and it also doesn't work when I try to use the remote with my phone using the Roku app. All other buttons on the remote are working. I have already tried a system reset.
Same issue here. On two of three devices, the back button stopped working on various apps and the Home Screen. Tried switching remotes and devices. The back buttons on every remote work with one device, but not with the other two. Even did a factory reset- unfortunately.
Good to know... I was just about to attempt the factory reset, but the thought of signing up all the accounts again gave me pause... thanks for taking the bullet!
