Audio on Specific Channels in Spanish and Unable to Turn Off Voice Reader

I'm having two issues that I just cannot figure out. Firstly, on at least two of my cable tv channels, the audio for TV shows and movies the majority of the time is in Spanish. It's on the Disney channel and FX channel. I have looked everywhere I can to try to fix it but there are no options to change it. Secondly, at least one channel provides audio descriptions for EVERYTHING and it's extremely irritating. It's NOT the voice reader. I checked multiple times to make sure it's off.  In another post I saw someone say this.

Press the * button while the show is playing, then navigate to Accessibility and Captions. From there, select the Audio Track option and toggle between the different available English tracks until you find the one that doesn't include the narration.

But when I go to Accessibility & Language, there is no option for selecting audio track. Please help.😭

    Hi there! BreeMarieP6989

Looks like you're dealing with a couple of things—audio descriptions popping up unexpectedly, and Disney+ and FX showing content in Spanish.

    Unusual Audio Descriptions
If you're hearing a voice narrating the screen, check Home > Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader to ensure it's turned off. If it’s already off and the issue continues, your TV may have its own voice feature. You can check the TV’s accessibility settings or contact the manufacturer for guidance.

If you're using a Roku TV, see if other apps are affected. It might be a feature specific to certain apps, which can usually be adjusted in their settings.

Spanish Language on Disney+ and FX
Could you let us know if this is happening with specific shows or across all content in those apps? Also, try checking other apps on your Roku to see if they’re affected too. This will help determine if it’s an app-specific issue or a broader language setting.

    Looking forward to your response!
