Apps disappearing from the home screen & Roku device

For about two weeks, my Roku Express + has been dropping popular apps to which I subscribe.  No rhyme or reason.  I have to keep reading the apps and logging in (again, there is no pattern).  My in-laws, who have their own account, are experiencing the same thing.  I've tried the restart and factory reset.  Very frustrated.

    I understand that your most-streamed apps keep disappearing from your Roku Home screen, and we'd like to investigate further. 

    Could you share if you have noticed this after an update? If so, what's the latest software version of your Roku device? (You can find that in Settings > System > About.) Also, any troubleshooting steps you have taken so far?

      Software version 15.0.  The device is a 3491X Roku Express 4K+.

       I've done the factory reset a few times,  as well as system restarts, all to no avail.  It seems to be getting worse.  Also, after dropping my apps (Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount, etc) it adds in apps I did not add, such as Lindell Network, Real America's Voice, Spectrum)
