Any way to control a TCL Roku TV without a remote?
I’m trying to use a TCL Roku TV given to me by my grandmother, but it has no remote, and only one button on it (Power button, can also change the HDMIs), so I can’t control it with buttons.
I also can’t use the Roku app, because you can only use the remote there if the TV is connected to the internet. And I can’t connect the TV without a remote.
If it has an Ethernet port, you may be able to connect it to your router with an Ethernet cable and then use the app to get it connected to your Wi-Fi, if desired. If it doesn't, you'll need a physical remote. Many cheap universal remotes support Roku TVs or you could get the $10 Roku simple remote for TVs.
