Re: Stuck on ACR Agreement/Smart TV Experience Screen

My Roku TV remote was working this morning without issues.  When I turned on the Roku TV tonight however, there is a screen that says "A SmartTV experience from Roku and then has where you can click agree or manage options.  I was not able to do anything with my remote and can't move past that page to get to watch Roku TV.  Can someone help me to get this issue fixed?  Thanks!

    If you have a separate remote for your smart tv , use that one to guide through the agreement.  Do not use the Roku one.

      Unfortunately, I only have one remote that is the Roku one.  My TV is older with Insignia-Roku TV.  What I don't understand is how I've been able to use the Roku remote all this time and then the "A Better Smart TV Experience from Roku" message comes on and the remote is not useable.  Not sure whether I'm no longer able to use the TV or need to get a different one.

        I understand , I had the same problem.  I bought a universal remote and hooked the TV up that way.  You could try the roku app on your phone, but that did not work either.  I used the universal remote because my tv is older too.
