Hey everyone,
If your Roku TV is stuck on that “Smart TV Experience” or ACR agreement screen
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Use the Roku TV remote (not a universal one).
- Try the Roku mobile app if you don’t have the remote.
- If it’s an IR remote, put in fresh batteries.
- If it’s a Voice Remote or Pro: → Unplug the TV for 10 seconds → Plug it back in → Re-pair the remote → Then try accepting the prompt again.
If the issue is still not resolved, please share a short video showing the problem, along with your Roku device details (model, serial number, and device ID), which you can find under Settings > System > About.Thank you!
